Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, where a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal act for purposes that are essentially not related to his or her commercial or independent professional activity:

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, took or received the last product.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, Vision Group AG, Discountlens.fr, Riedwiesenstrasse 23, 8305 Dietlikon, SWITZERLAND, telephone: 0800 945 053, email: [email protected], of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unambiguous statement (e.g. letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You can use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not compulsory.

In order for the withdrawal period to be observed, it is sufficient for you to send the communication on the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising from your choosing a delivery method other than the cheaper standard delivery method offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will use the same payment method for this refund as you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed with you; in no case will you be charged for this refund. We may refuse the refund until we have collected the goods or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return the goods to Lamprecht Transport AG, c/o Vision Group AG, Zollstrasse 7, DE-78239 Rielasingen, Germany, without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You shall only be liable for any depreciation of the goods if such depreciation is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary to check their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Comment

Wherever possible, the goods should be made available in their original packaging, including all accessories and packaging materials. If the original packaging is no longer available, please use a protective overpack to ensure sufficient protection against possible transport damage. Damage or soiling of the item to be returned should be avoided. At the same time, we would like to point out that the right of withdrawal and its consequences are of course independent of the above information; it is only intended to facilitate the processing of the return.

Exclusion or early termination of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal shall expire earlier for contracts for the supply of sealed goods which cannot be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if their seal has been removed after delivery.
